Brian O'Keeffe Kennedy, Esq. is the Founder of the Law Office of Brian Kennedy. A Member of the legal Bars in both New York and Connecticut, he founded the firm after working as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in New York City. Earlier in his legal career, he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and earned a top secret security clearance. He also held a seat as a trader on the floor of the commodities exchange in the former World Trade Center.

This past year, Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the International Criminal Court in the Hague, the Netherlands, and selected for its List of Counsel for the defense and for victims, dealing with the most serious matters of international concern, such as war crimes and crimes against humanity.

In connection with his nationwide law practice and admission to the International Criminal Court, Mr. Kennedy represents securities industry professionals against their firms for wrongful termination, bonus and other compensation disputes, and against criminal and regulatory charges. He also represents individual investors against investment firms. In over 50 trials, he has been the primary counsel in federal and state courts, and arbitration forums including FINRA, NASD, NYSE, NFA, and AAA.  In addition, Mr. Kennedy handles diverse and often complex commercial litigation. He is also a FINRA arbitrator.
