Brian O'Keeffe Kennedy, Esq. is the Founder of the Law Office of Brian Kennedy. A Member of the legal Bars in both New York and Connecticut, he founded the firm after working as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in New York City. Earlier in his legal career, he earned a top secret security clearance with the Central Intelligence Agency. He also held a seat as a trader on the floor of the commodities exchange in the former World Trade Center.

In connection with his nationwide law practice, Mr. Kennedy represents securities industry professionals against their firms for wrongful termination, bonus and other compensation disputes, and against criminal and regulatory charges. He also represents individual investors against investment firms. In over 50 trials, he has been the primary counsel in federal and state courts, and arbitration forums including FINRA, NASD, NYSE, NFA, and AAA.  In addition, Mr. Kennedy handles diverse and often complex commercial litigation. He is also a FINRA arbitrator.
